Please read these terms and conditions carefully before directly booking your stay at "The Oasis Sunset Beach" vacation rental located in Sunset Beach, California.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT:
To secure your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged to your credit card 14 days prior to your arrival date. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
A full refund will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the checkout date is at least 14 days away ( with the exception of credit card processing fees). There is a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check in (with the exception of credit card processing fees). There are no refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check in. No refunds will be provided for early departures or unused nights.
CHECK IN AND CHECKOUT:
Check-in time is 4:00 PM local time, and check-out time is 10:00 AM local time.
Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated based on availability.
OCCUPANCY AND USE:
The maximum occupancy of "The Oasis Sunset Beach" vacation rental is 10. This includes adults and children. The property is for residential use only. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed without prior approval from the property manager. Guests must adhere to noise ordinances and respect the privacy and tranquility of the neighborhood.
DAMAGE AND LIABILITY/ DEPOSITS:
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the property, or its contents caused during their stay, excluding normal wear and tear. A security deposit is required one day before check-in to cover potential damage. The deposit will be refunded within 3 business days of check-out, provided no damage is found.
DOGS AND SMOKING:
No dogs are allowed on the premises unless the pet fee of $150 (for up to two) has been paid. Cats are prohibited. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A cleaning fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking indoors.
LIABILITY WAIVER:
Guests understand and acknowledge that they are staying at their own risk and release "The Oasis Sunset Beach" and its owners, from any liability for personal injury, accidents, or loss of personal property during their stay.
RIGHT OF ENTRY:
The property manager reserves the right to enter the vacation rental, with notice at any reasonable time for purposes of inspection, maintenance, or repairs.

JURISDICTION AND DISPUTES:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of California. By booking your stay at "The Oasis Sunset Beach" vacation rental, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
